No Returns or Exchanges
Due to our products being foodstuff, and in the interest of our customers' health and safety, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety, hygiene and quality of our products for all our customers.

Exceptions – Wrong Items or Undelivered Orders

Wrong Item Supplied
If you have received a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item received. Our team will review your case and arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe and is confirmed as lost or undelivered by our courier partner, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
