All orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Mumbai facility. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days are prioritised for same-day processing.
Estimated Transit Times:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune) — 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 3–5 working days
Remote & Rural Areas — 5–7 working days

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from your My Account dashboard on our website.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us and our team will assist you promptly.
Safe and Secure Packaging
Every order from 72 Shop India is carefully and securely packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your masalas and food products from damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India. COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and order value and will be displayed as a payment option at checkout if available for your location. A nominal COD handling fee may apply on certain orders.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to 27,000+ pincodes across India through our extensive courier network. Whether you are in a major metro city or a small town we will do our best to get your authentic Shan, Mehran and PRAN products delivered to your doorstep.
