Returns & Refunds Policy

At FlowersToDubai.com we take great pride in the quality of our flowers and the care with which every order is prepared. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and cakes, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you experience any issue with your order we will always do our best to make it right.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a full refund or replacement if any of the following apply:
  • Flowers arrived in significantly poor condition — wilted, damaged or incorrect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • Your order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our error
  • Your order was cancelled before it was dispatched

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

  • The recipient was unavailable at the delivery address and no alternative was arranged in advance
  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided
  • The flowers were not cared for properly after delivery
  • A change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Minor variations in appearance, colour or size due to seasonal availability — this is normal with fresh flowers

Cake Orders

Cakes are freshly prepared to order and cannot be returned. If your cake arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp on +971 50 586 1001 or through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. We will confirm your refund by email or WhatsApp once approved.
