Fresh flowers, delivered fast. We deliver across all of Dubai and to most of the UAE, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM.

Delivery Times

  • Standard same-day delivery — for orders placed before 6:00 PM Dubai time
  • Express morning delivery — available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
  • Specific time slot delivery — choose a 2-hour window at checkout (subject to availability)
  • Midnight surprise delivery — 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM, perfect for birthdays and anniversaries
  • Scheduled future delivery — book up to 60 days in advance

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are kept as low as possible — and often free — based on your order value and delivery location. The exact delivery cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

  • Free delivery for qualifying orders — threshold depends on your delivery area
  • Discounted delivery for most Dubai locations
  • Standard delivery rates apply for distant or premium time slots
  • Outside Dubai (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi): calculated based on distance and order size at checkout

All prices include 5% UAE VAT. Final delivery cost is always shown clearly before you complete payment — no surprises.

How We Confirm Delivery

For every delivery, we'll:

  • Send a WhatsApp photo of your final arrangement before dispatch
  • Share the delivery driver's contact when they're on the way
  • Send a delivery confirmation with photo on completion
  • Notify the recipient (if you've shared their number) with a discreet message

If We Miss a Recipient

If the recipient isn't available:

  • Our driver will call the recipient and the sender
  • If no answer, we'll wait up to 15 minutes
  • We'll leave the flowers with building security or a neighbour (with permission)
  • If none of these work, we'll return to base and re-attempt the next day (additional fee may apply)

Special Requests

For specific delivery instructions, gate codes, building access requirements, or "surprise" coordination, message us on WhatsApp before 2:30 PM on the delivery day. We're happy to accommodate.
