Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every bouquet, mala, and garland we create, but due to the delicate nature of our products, strict guidelines apply once they leave our hands.

Delivery Inspection & Freshness

Please inspect your flowers immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, wilted, incorrect, or not as described, you must notify our delivery personnel immediately and contact us before accepting the order.

Because flowers are highly perishable and failure to store them properly in our harsh climate can destroy them in a very short time, absolutely no returns, refunds, or replacements can be processed once the delivery has been accepted and completed. Nothing can be done after delivery for any fresh items.

If you are rejecting a delivery due to a valid defect upon arrival, please send us photos of the issue on WhatsApp at +971 50 586 1001 so we can resolve it quickly by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit.

What We Cannot Accept Returns On

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances once delivered:

  • Fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, and arrangements
  • Mala, haar, gajra, and all other garlands
  • Custom wedding arrangements where you confirmed the design before production
  • Any flowers that have been exposed to the elements, direct sun, AC vents, or freezing temperatures after handover

Non-Perishable Items (30-Day Returns)

For non-perishable items such as vases, ribbons, jewellery accessories (kangan, bridal jewellery sets), and decorative items, you may return within 30 days of delivery provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You have the order number or receipt
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense (or a collection fee in Dubai)

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 2:30 PM on delivery day: full refund, no questions asked
  • After 2:30 PM on delivery day: 50% refund (we've already prepared your arrangement)
  • After dispatch: no refund, but we can redirect delivery if reachable in time
  • Wedding or bulk orders (over AED 1,000): 72-hour notice required for full refund; 50% otherwise

How Refunds Are Processed

Once a pre-delivery refund is approved:

  • Card payments: refunded to the original card within 10 business days
  • Tabby / Tamara: refunded through the respective platform within their stated timeframe
  • Cash on delivery: refunded as store credit or bank transfer (we'll need your IBAN)
  • Store credit: applied to your DubaiFlora account immediately, no expiry

Refund timing depends on your bank's processing speed and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
