You need to contact us, to ask for changes to your order. To make sure no additional charges are incurred any changes must be made before 2.30pm UAE time, 1 day before the delivery date.

We deliver to all areas in Dubai City, however there are a few areas that are not included in our standard delivery service. In these situations we will contact and advise you accordingly.
Depending on where the flowers are being sent going we cannot ensure same day delivery if you place your order after 6:00pm.

How do i confirm my flowers have been delivered?

What happens if i accidentally provide you with the wrong address/ details?
Contact us At the earliest opportunity if the flowers have not yet been dispatched we are in a position to make amendments, Please take upmost care and attention to provide us with the right and up currently address information. If something is returned because of the incorrect delivery address we can re-deliver but at a price of $30 - this is to pay the price for re-delivery and an administrative price. Please take note our flowers and accessories are sourced from 6-7 countries around the world, sometimes due to to seasonal, stock or availability constraints we might have to substitute with different colors, flowers, containers or materials and appearance might differ.
Can you provide refunds if I'm unhappy with my flowers?
Refund demands will be taken care of by our customer support agents on circumstance by circumstance basis, and will be at the only sole discretion of our staff.
